Creamy Gut Glow Smoothie

Ingredients:

     1 scoop Gut Glow

     1 frozen banana

     ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

     ¾ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

     ½ tsp cinnamon

     1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)

     A protein powder (preferably vanilla to add protein in the mix)

     Handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
